1. Course Enrollment & Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to your course materials for the duration specified in the course description (typically 6 months unless otherwise stated).

Access is granted to the individual student only and may not be shared
Course materials are proprietary and protected by copyright
Students must complete all required assessments to receive certification
Access may be revoked for violation of these terms

2. Payment & Refunds

All course fees are stated in USD and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds once enrollment is complete and course access has been granted. Please review all course materials and requirements carefully before enrolling.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, assessments, and proprietary methodologies, are the intellectual property of Liza Kimble (Pty) Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials
Recording or screenshotting course content is prohibited
Certification grants practice rights but does not transfer intellectual property

4. Certification & Practice

Certification is granted upon successful completion of all modules, assessments, and requirements as outlined in the course description.

Certification allows practice of FTR under the Liza Kimble banner
You are responsible for compliance with local regulations and laws
Certification must be renewed every 24 months by repeating at least one module
Liza Kimble (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to revoke certification for misconduct or misrepresentation

While we strive to provide high-quality education, Liza Kimble (Pty) Ltd makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or career success.

Course content is for educational purposes only
We are not responsible for how you apply techniques in your practice
You assume all liability for your professional practice
We recommend appropriate insurance and compliance with local regulations
